The Last Chance Saloon is a popular east side bar in
Toledo, OH that has many loyal patrons. Earl Price was one of those individuals. Though usually a peaceful place for the regulars, in the summer of 2021, Earl Price was shot and killed outside of the establishment. I was commissioned to paint a memorial in his honor.
